Four specific guarantees that cover what matters most for San Clemente coastal properties. Not fine print — plain language.
Most window cleaning companies have no written guarantees. These four are specific to San Clemente’s coastal conditions — written to actually mean something.
7-Day Rain Guarantee
If it rains within 7 calendar days of your cleaning and leaves visible spots on the exterior glass we cleaned, we return and reclean those surfaces at no charge.
What this covers:
All exterior glass we cleaned on that visit. We schedule the return visit as soon as weather permits after the rain event clears.
What this doesn’t cover:
Hard water mineral deposits (require treatment, not standard cleaning), Stage 3 permanent etching, new salt or sprinkler contamination that accumulated after our visit, interior glass.
Salt Prevention Promise
If we miss a salt contamination condition on a coastal property during our visit, and new etching appears on that glass within 30 days that was not there at the time of our visit, we return and address it at no charge.
What this means:
We assess salt and mineral conditions on every coastal property visit. If our assessment missed an active contamination that we should have caught and treated, we own the outcome. This is our professional accountability guarantee — not a standard cleaning re-do.
What this doesn’t cover:
New contamination from events after our visit (subsequent salt events, new sprinkler overspray), Stage 3 glass that was already permanently etched at time of visit, damage from sources unrelated to salt (vandalism, construction debris).
Honest Mineral Assessment
We never charge for hard water mineral treatment on glass that has Stage 3 permanent etching. If your glass cannot be restored, we tell you before we start — not on the invoice at the end.
How the assessment works:
Before every visit, we assess the glass condition. Stage 2 deposits (rough to the touch) — treatable, we quote the cost. Stage 3 deposits (smooth but still hazy after cleaning) — permanent, we document it and do not charge treatment that cannot work. You get an honest assessment of your glass condition at no extra charge.
Important to understand:
Stage 3 glass cannot be restored by any treatment. If we determine your glass is Stage 3, glass replacement is the only solution. We will not take your money for a service that cannot produce the result.
No Surprise Pricing
The price we quote before starting is the price on your invoice. We do not add charges at completion. Any additional services discovered during the visit (mineral treatment, screen repair) are quoted and approved by you before we proceed.
In practice:
If we arrive and find your glass needs mineral treatment, we contact you, explain what we found, quote the additional cost, and wait for your approval before doing any treatment work. You are never surprised on the invoice.
