Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling or receiving services from Window Cleaning San Clemente, you agree to these Terms. Services are provided throughout San Clemente and adjacent South Orange County from our office at 107 Avenida Palizada, Suite 2, San Clemente, CA 92672.

2. Services and Pricing

The price quoted before service is the price on the invoice. We do not add charges at completion without prior client approval. Any add-ons (including hard water mineral treatment) are communicated and approved before work begins.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless a recurring contract specifies otherwise. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We request 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Same-day cancellations without notice may incur a $50 trip charge if our crew is already dispatched. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or equipment issues and will notify you as early as possible.

4. 7-Day Rain Guarantee

If significant rainfall occurs within 7 calendar days of your cleaning and leaves visible spots on cleaned exterior glass, we will return and reclean at no charge.

This guarantee applies to exterior glass only and does not cover pre-existing hard water mineral deposits, Stage 3 permanent etching, or new contamination from sources other than rain (sprinkler overspray, salt accumulation).

5. Mineral Treatment and Limitation of Liability

We assess glass mineral deposit stage before recommending or charging for treatment. We do not charge for mineral treatment on permanently etched (Stage 3) glass and will inform you before beginning any service.

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, Stage 3 permanent etching, or defective glass.

6. Property Access

Client is responsible for providing safe access to all areas to be cleaned, securing pets, and ensuring sprinkler systems are off during and 24 hours after service. We carry $1,000,000 general liability insurance.

7. Photography

We photograph work completed on every visit for quality assurance. Photos are shared with the client and may be used in marketing with all personally identifying information removed, unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved in Orange County, California courts.
