About Window Cleaning San Clemente

🛡️ 7-Day Rain Guarantee

Rain within 7 days leaves spots? We return and reclean at no charge. Written for SC’s actual rain patterns — not a 24-hour generic policy designed to avoid honouring it.

🌊 Salt Prevention Promise

If we miss a salt contamination condition on a coastal property and new etching appears within 30 days, we return free. We stand behind our coastal assessment.

🔬 Honest Mineral Assessment

We never charge for mineral treatment on permanently etched glass. If your glass is Stage 3, we tell you before we start — and we don’t charge for treatment that won’t work.

💰 No Surprise Pricing

The price we quote is the price on the invoice — always. Any add-ons such as screen repair or mineral treatment are discussed and approved before we start, not revealed at completion.

Our Coastal Cleaning Expertise

Our team specialises exclusively in coastal Pacific window cleaning — not a general cleaning service that includes windows. Every technician is trained in the specific protocol required for San Clemente conditions: purified RO/DI water at 0–5 PPM, mandatory pre-rinse for salt abrasion prevention, mineral stage diagnosis on every visit, and zone-calibrated intervals matched to actual contamination rates.

San Clemente’s position on the Pacific blufftop creates window contamination conditions that no single inland cleaning approach addresses correctly. We built our process from the ground up around what San Clemente glass actually faces — five simultaneous contamination sources that require specific responses, not generic cleaning adapted for the coast.

We carry $1M liability insurance covering all work on San Clemente properties. Certificates of insurance available on request for property managers, HOA boards, and commercial clients. All technicians are background checked before their first property assignment.
